Our managing director Mr. Bhupendrabhai R Patel was into manufacturing of rcc Hume pipes and mosaic tiles but he saw a great opportunity in the real estate business and started acquiring lands in 1979 in Bharuch, since then we have come a long way and today our group has a majority share of premium land bank in Bharuch. We have lands in bharuch, ankleshwar, dahej and vadodara districts.
SLD Infrastructure pvt. ltd was established in 2008, since then we have done various infrastructure, commercial and residential projects.
Our Last project was an attempt which was never done by any real estate developer before in india, we have built two base isolated residential buildings in bharuch which were the first of its kind in india, we did this in Technical association with INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, Kanpur.
